Mohammed Kuta Yahaya, Ph.D was born on 20th October 1962 at Kuchiworo, Jima District of Lavun Local Government. He attended College of Education Minna, University of Calarbar and University Nigeria.  A distinguished academician with perpetual quest for excellence in an atmosphere of hard work, selflessness & dogged determination to attain the best always with resounding success is the immediate past Secretary to the Government of Niger State.
